We generally use Fed-ex or USPS depending on which carrier is the most cost effective and the most expedient for your area.

How are my shipping costs determined? When you have completed your online shopping and have entered all of your billing and shipping information you will be able to view the flat rate customized for your area.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We will ship most orders within 2-5 days after you have placed your order except for 24 gauge metal signs which ship within 5 - 7 biz days.
If the item you selected is not in stock at the time we will contact you with a shipping date. We do not anticipate back orders unless there is an unusual demand for a certain item. If the item you selected is back ordered for more than 7 days and you can not wait, please let us know by contacting us via email or by calling: 619-495-1039.
What if I'm not shipping to my billing address? If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
What is your Return & Refund Policy?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is damage, please contact us immediately.
Please include a note explaining the reason for the return if other than damage. Your comments are important to us and will help improve our service and product quality.
Please return items within 15 days to receive a prompt exchange or refund. (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping costs.)
Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping charges are not refundable. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a refund check. For credit card orders, a credit will appear on your next month's statement or we will send you a refund check if it is a partial refund.
Note: Customer will be responsible for original shipping cost on orders that were over $75.00 and then returned. Unless the order is still greater than $75.00 after return.
