Shipping and Return Policy for WholesalersUnique Frames & Decor knows that shipping costs are a concern to Retailers therefore we use the most Cost Effective Shipping method. We generally use DHL because they are usually the most cost effective and expedient carrier.
If you prefer to use your own account or another carrier please inform us when ordering.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS Claims: All claims must be made by telephone or e mailed to our Customer Service department within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Please check orders immediately upon receipt.
All of our products are made and finished by hand. Therefore, airbrush patterns and colors may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
Returns: Items will not be accepted for credit, refund or replacement without prior approval and Return Authorization number from our Customer Service department. Credit to your account for returned items is contingent upon the condition of goods and is subject to 15% restocking fee plus freight charges. All items accepted for return must be in their original packing without retail price labels.
Order Acceptance and Minimum Order RequirementsAll orders are subject to acceptance by Unique Frames & Decor In compliance with the sales and use tax laws, it is necessary that we have from all our customers a signed resale certificate, with the sales tax permit number, to show that the merchandise has been purchased for resale. Please email or send us a copy of your resale certificate for our records.
Your use of this website constitutes your agreement that the tangible, personal property described herein which you shall purchase from Unique Frames & Decor will be resold in the form of tangible personal property; provided, however, that in the event any of the said property is used for any other purpose other than retention, demonstration, or display while holding it for sales in the regular course of business, it is understood that I am required by the sales and use tax law to report and pay the tax measured by the purchase price of such property.
Opening order minimum $200.00 per delivery destination. Reorder minimum $100.00 per delivery destination.
PAYMENT TERMS Opening orders can be prepaid by Credit Card, Check or Money Order. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT WILL EXPEDITE SHIPMENT. When prepaying by Check or Money Order please add 10% to cover freight.
NET 30 terms on opening orders will be established on a case by case basis and must be approved by submitting a completed credit application and signed by Unique Frames & Decor. You may attach your own credit sheet to our application in place of filling in the references section but you must complete the rest of it. Be sure to note your email address login for your online account on your application and a note that you want your online account approved for terms. Please allow one week for credit approval.
When purchasing on this website you are tendering your electronic signature agreeing to the following: "That that for value received, and in consideration of any extension of credit from unique Frames & Decor I hereby guarantee(s) prompt payment when due. All sales are due NET 30 DAYS from invoice date. A 1 ½% service charge per month will be added on all past due invoices. If any account is placed for collection with an agency, a $25.00 late fee will be charged plus attorney's fees and other costs of collection, which shall be paid by the undersigned.
Returned Checks: $25.00 service fee will be charged to your account for checks that are returned to us unpaid by your bank.
Late Payment: 18% APR (1.5% per month) will be charged on all balances not paid within terms. Collection costs and attorney fees will be at the customer's expense.
PRICES Prices listed at wholesale and are subject to change without notice. Items are billed at prices in effect at time of shipment.
